Commander: Lt Col Paul Schwartz

Lieutenant Colonel Paul H. Schwartz is the Professor of Aerospace Studies and Commander, AFROTC Detachment 415.

A native of Janesville, Iowa, Lieutenant Colonel Schwartz entered the Air Force through AFROTC and was commissioned in May 1994. He has served in a wide variety of communication and staff assignments.

Commandant of Cadets: Captain Tracy Cooper

Captain Tracy L. Cooper became an Assistant Professor of Aerospace Studies of AFROTC Detachment 415 in June 2009.

Graduated with Distinction - Bachelors of Science in Occupational Education in Information Systems from Wayland Baptist University in May 2003. Associate in Applied Science degree from the Community College of the Air Force in Information Systems in May 2002.

Unit Admissions Office: Captain Adam Bliss

Captain Adam J. Bliss is Assistant Professor of Aerospace Studies and Recruiting Flight Commander at Air Force ROTC Detachment 415 at the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities.

Captain Bliss recently served as Chief of Plans, Communications Directorate, Headquarters Twelfth Air Force (Air Forces Southern), Davis-Monthan AFB, Arizona. There he was responsible for delivering deployable communications capabilities to the Combined Forces Air Component Commander to support ongoing counter-narcotic and theater security cooperation missions in South America, Central America and the Caribbean.
